360-Degree Feedback is a participatory dynamic that allows participants to receive feedback from multiple perspectives within the group. Through a structured approach, each person receives comments on their strengths, areas for improvement, and suggestions for the future, creating an environment of collaborative learning and personal reflection.

Step-by-step instructions

Introduction to the purpose

  • Explain that the goal is to reflect on individual skills and behaviors through honest and constructive feedback.
  • Present the three feedback sections: strengths, areas for improvement, and suggestions for the future.

Participant assignment

  • Divide the group into small subgroups if necessary, ensuring each person receives feedback from at least 3–4 peers.
  • Optional: Use a rotating circle format to maximize interactions.

  • Each participant writes their comments about others on the cards or on the digital platform, making sure to complete all three sections for each person.
  • If in person, deliver the cards to the facilitator to organize and pass on to the recipient.
